When will my order arrive?: (For Domestic orders only) Processing times take up to 3-5 business days if not sooner with the following 2-3 day priority shipping via USPS. Please note that all orders ship during the pandemic will possibly be subject to delays in delivery.

All International orders: Processing times take up to 3-5 business days if not sooner then orders will be sent to ship. Customs fees (duties and taxes) are not included in the shipping rate and will be added on after the package has been sent. Buyer is responsible. 

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?: If your order arrives damaged please contact us at hello@skinsageapothecary.com with "ORDERS" in the subject line with pictures of your order within 48hrs of marked delivery so that we may help.

Can I have a refund or exchange for something else?: Due to the nature of our handmade products, exchanges and refunds are not available.

My skin is breaking out. What's going on?: Your skin will go through an adjustment period whenever you introduce it to new products. This is called purging, which will resemble in temporary breakouts. If your skin is having a serve reaction (which is unlikely) stop use immediately. For sensitive skin or allergy concerns, please patch test our products first before beginning full/daily usage.

I'm pregnant. Can I use your products?: Our products are safe and are formulated with natural and overall non-toxic ingredients, but please contact your doctor for final clarity.

Please tell me your ingredients are skin safe. : Yes. Not only are our ingredients skin friendly, but our products are free from animal testing and are formulated with natural, non-toxic ingredients and are FULL with high vibrating intent.
